Due to local state and county taxes all shipments going to Florida will be taxed 7.5%

We offer fast UPS shipping to all of the country. At checkout you may choose the level of shipping you prefer. We offer Ground, 3Day, 2nd Day or Overnight options. Your shipping rates will be automatically figured out by our automated UPS system based on weight.

This is the UPS Groundtrack Map which shows delivery time at Groundtrack level.  Other delivery times are available such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight.

*Delivery times are based on a Monday through Friday UPS shipping schedules.
Orders placed on Friday for  "Overnight" would be delivered on Monday.

All merchandise unconditionally guaranteed against defect.  Damaged merchandise, in original packing and not used,
will be replaced at no charge within seven days of receipt. UPS will send a driver to pick up any package that is damaged in transit so please hold on to the original packaging so a claim may be filed.

Please make sure you have contacted us before returning any item. Our goal is to keep you 100% satisfied and we will do all that we can to accommodate you. No returns will be accepted without our store Return Authorization label or Return Number. Orders returned without Authorization may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please call 1-800-652-4427 or e-mail us at  bestcigarstore@earthlink.net before  returning any merchandise for your Return Authorization Number and proper return address. We recommend that you insure your return in case of loss.
